See How Aerosol Suppression Supports EV Fire Response

Deployment Overview
The aerosol unit is activated and deployed into the affected area before containment is maintained using the EV fire blanket.

Operational Deployment
Designed for trained firefighters and first responders operating with suitable PPE under an approved emergency-response procedure.
For use only by trained firefighters and first responders wearing suitable PPE and following an approved emergency-response procedure.
Rapid Deployment
Compact units designed for quick activation by trained responders.
Additional Suppression
Supports reduction of fire intensity and heat beneath containment.
Flexible Configuration
Available as one unit or a two-unit protective case set.
Emergency Readiness
The two-unit configuration provides organised protective storage for response teams.
Additional Suppression Beneath the Fire Blanket
The EV fire blanket helps contain flames, heat and smoke. In some incidents, additional suppression beneath the blanket may be required to reduce fire intensity and the resources needed to manage the event.
Aerosol units allow trained responders to introduce suppression into the affected area beneath containment. They are designed to reduce heat and fire intensity — not to replace cooling, thermal monitoring, emergency services or the fire blanket itself. The units form part of an integrated EV fire-response system.
Simple Three-Step Response
Contain
Deploy the EV fire blanket over the affected vehicle.
Suppress
A trained responder activates and deploys the aerosol unit into the affected area.
Monitor and Cool
Continue thermal monitoring, cooling and incident management according to the approved response plan.
