500 kg Rated Lifting Capacity — Rated for loads up to 500 kg to support the controlled handling of EV battery assemblies.
Double-Scissor Lifting Configuration — Dual scissor mechanism provides a stable, controlled lift over a wide height range.
445–1515 mm Platform Height Range — Wide platform height range supports battery positioning at varying working heights beneath a raised vehicle.
Mobile Workshop Positioning — Wheeled base with locking castors enables positioning and securing in the workshop.
Controlled EV Battery Removal and Installation Support — Assists trained personnel in supporting battery-pack removal and installation procedures.
EV Battery-Handling Application
The SPF500 lifting table supports the controlled lifting, lowering and alignment of EV battery packs beneath a suitably raised vehicle. Its mobile double-scissor platform helps trained workshop personnel position and handle heavy battery assemblies during removal and installation procedures.
The table is intended to support workshop battery-handling procedures. It does not replace a vehicle lift, approved vehicle-support equipment, battery-pack securing equipment or manufacturer-specific service procedures.

Safety and Operating Considerations
- Only use the lifting table with trained and authorised personnel.
- Confirm the complete battery-pack weight before lifting — never exceed the rated 500 kg capacity.
- Position the load securely and as centrally as possible on the platform.
- Use suitable restraints, fixtures or adapters where required.
- Confirm vehicle and battery manufacturer procedures before removal.
- Keep personnel clear of unsupported suspended loads.
- Use the table only on a stable and suitable workshop floor.
- Inspect the lifting mechanism, platform and wheels before use.
- Do not use the table to lift or transport personnel.
- Do not use the table as a permanent battery-storage platform.
- Do not use the table as a battery quarantine container.
- Do not rely on the table as the sole support beneath a vehicle.
- Never exceed the rated capacity.
